Account information you provide: your email address, and optionally your name, delivery address, and mobile number.
Plan and payment activity: the layaway plans you create, installment schedules, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your information
To create and manage your layaway plans, process deposits and installments, send reminders and notifications, ship your item, and provide customer support.
To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Xendit. When you pay, your payment details are handled directly by the provider under their own privacy and security terms. We receive only a confirmation and a reference for reconciliation.
4. Where your data is stored
Account and plan data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase and our hosting provider) using industry-standard safeguards. Access to administrative data is restricted to authorized staff.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payments, hosting, delivery), and where required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
You may access or update your profile information at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use them for advertising.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
